The two solar panels—one on the front and one on the floor base—collect sunlight and convert it into electricity to charge the scooter’s battery while you're riding or stationary in the sun.

2. How long does it take to fully charge using only solar power?

Charging time depends on sunlight conditions but generally takes 6–8 hours of full sun for a complete charge.

3. Can I charge the scooter with a wall outlet?

Yes, the scooter comes with a wall charger for faster charging when sunlight is not available.

4. What is the top speed of the scooter?

The scooter reaches a top speed of approximately 15–20 mph, depending on terrain and rider weight.

5. How far can I travel on a full charge?

You can travel up to 20-24 miles on a full charge, depending on riding conditions and solar input.

6. Is the scooter waterproof or water-resistant?

Yes, the scooter is water-resistant and designed to handle light rain and splashes, but it should not be submerged or exposed to heavy rainfall for extended periods.

7. How much does the scooter weigh?

Each scooter weighs around 114 - 120 pounds. depending on if the scooter has a seat or not.

8. What is the weight limit for riders?

The recommended maximum rider weight is 300 pounds.

9. How do I know when the battery is fully charged?

An LED battery indicator on the display shows battery levels and will indicate when it's fully charged.

10. Can the scooter run without sunlight?

Yes, it runs off the battery power, which can be charged using sunlight or a wall charger.

11. Does the scooter regenerate power while braking?

Yes, it has regenerative braking that helps recover a small amount of energy during stops.

12. Is it suitable for uphill rides?

Some models may include Bluetooth and APP functionality for speed, battery, and GPS tracking—check the product specs before purchasing. Each Scooter comes with a wireless KEY FOB REMOTE CONTROL AS WELL AS FOR SECURITY SYSTEM.

19. How durable are the solar panels?

The panels are made with high-durability tempered glass and built to withstand normal wear and outdoor exposure.

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your Solarville Solar Powered Scooters, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
     
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation email, or invoice) is required.
     
  • The product must be in like-new condition with all original packaging and accessories included.
     
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
